My first experience with animal communication was as an utterly desperate client.  My husband and I had tried all of the traditional avenues to help our animal friends, but pieces were still missing.  We finally settled on a wonderful animal communicator who worked closely with our whole furry family.  She cleared  up a lot of mysteries for us in that first session.  She gave us a window to look through into the lives of our animal friends.  But, the greatest gift that she gave us was the knowledge that we could open the window ourselves at any time if we just made a conscious effort.

With patience, love and a great deal of practice, I began to cultivate my own skills as an animal communicator.  I read everything I could get my hands on and practiced on anyone I could.  With time, feelings became tangible.  Pictures became clear and vibrant.  And the needs and concerns of the furry creatures around me came to the forefront for me to hear.

I've had the pleasure of volunteering with greyhound rescue for the last eight years.  My husband and I have adopted four retired racers and have loved sharing our lives with them.  Since 2005, I've coordinated the HOPE Program which pairs homeless dogs with inmates for training and behavioral rehabilitation so the dogs can be adopted.  I've worked with so many wonderful dogs who have found their way back because of the love, companionship and trust of their inmate handlers.

I have been fortunate to share my life with animals for the last decade and it has enriched every aspect of my being.  Through my work with rescue and the prison program, I have heard so many stories.  Some of happiness, some of loss, some of fear and some of pain.  But, there is almost always a spark of hope and a willingness to try again.  I'm always in awe of their honesty and their capacity to love.  I learn so much from them and  I take very seriously the responsibility of caring for those entrusted to me.  You can rest assured that I will carry the same ethic over to my work with your animals.
